What Is A Podcast?!

It’s been a long time since I’ve written a Thorn Report. In fact, these stories are from 2011, from an adventure spanning three months, sixteen countries, and one World Cup of Darts. But don’t worry, …

This is an audio/text blog reporting on DATW updates, community news as well as world darts news.

We produce a weekly radio show in which we seek out different cultures from around the world that have a love for the game of darts.

A blog that covers darts, travel and everything inbetween. Discover a whole new world right here on The Thorn Report.

Our video section which will feature videos related to all content produced here at Darts Around The World.

An internet radio show dedicated solely to the sport of darts. Tournament News, Features, Interviews, Tips and Tricks, and more, brought to you by two Alpha Males in a very small room.

We had the pleasure this week to have Gary and Darin join us to talk about their appearance in the World Cup immediately following the event. Given the unique format of the World Cup, it was a blast watching Gary and Darin play doubles together on a stage with players that aren’t quite as familiar this style of darts. As each one of them would smile after one of them struggled or hit the big out, they were having fun up there. They didn’t exactly get the greatest reception from the German crowd (minus the one guy yelling USA at the most awkward times), they never seemed to be phased. On top of that, Gary was able to knock off Phil Taylor. Unfortunately, after a few chances to knock off England, they finally sealed the deal and sent the USA home packing. A lot of great insight into the world of the PDC from these guys. Bob Sinnaeve was also able to join us to give us all the info on the newly returned NAPDA. They are looking to develop a new ranking system for North America over 2 years based on earnings of the players. Tune in to this show to get most of what you need to know about this organization. Everything else can be found at www.napda.net . Don’t forget to find those hilarious dart related tweets and facebook posts for Colin Cosell’s new segment. Send all screen captures to host@dartsaroundtheworld.com. Have a great week dart world!
